We’re looking for experienced Entertainment Managers / Team Leaders of Animators to guide our international teams across beautiful hotels in Greece and Cyprus for the 2026 season.

This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to live by the sea, work with creative people from around the world, and create moments guests will remember forever.

✨ What you’ll be doing

Lead, motivate, and support a team of animators
Design and deliver exciting daily and evening entertainment programs
Host activities, games, shows & events with confidence (yes, mic in hand 🎤)
Ensure a fun, safe, and professional guest experience
Collaborate with hotel departments to elevate the overall stay
Inspire your team to perform at their best and grow together

🎯 What we’re looking for

2–3+ years of hotel entertainment experience
At least 1 year as a Team Leader or Entertainment Manager
Strong leadership & organizational skills
Confident presenter/host with great stage presence
Excellent communication & people skills
Fluent English (additional EU languages are a big plus)
Available for the full summer season (6–7 months)
EU Passport/ID required
