JOB DESCRIPTION

G.E.T is hiring a professional Fitness Entertainer to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the Puerto de Alcúdia area, Mallorca.

We offer a high-quality professional opportunity within a structured, performance-driven and guest-focused environment.

START DATE

Contract starting between March 1st and March 5th, 2026.
Candidates must be available to begin within this timeframe.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Salary: €1.500 net per month

Accommodation: Private individual room included

Full Board: All meals provided

Schedule: Two shifts

Rest Days: Two consecutive days off per week

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

European citizen (MANDATORY)

Female candidate

Advanced English – Level C1 (MANDATORY)

Spanish language skills will be considered a strong advantage

Previous experience in hotel fitness

Excellent communication and guest interaction skills

Professional presentation

Results-oriented attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Fitness Entertainer, you will be responsible for:

Teaching Aquagym classes (all levels)

Conducting Aquabike sessions

Leading Yoga & Pilates classes

Organizing Functional Fitness and outdoor sessions

Managing Stretching & wellness programs

Providing personalized attention to guests

Collaborating with the entertainment team on special programs

Promoting and motivating guest participation
