Entertainment Manager – Iberostar Selection Montenegro 5*

Your mission will be to plan, organize, and supervise the entertainment activities carried out at the hotel, ensuring that customer expectations are met.

✔️ What will your day-to-day look like?

Responsibilities include:

Supervise that the entertainment offered complies with the quality and image standards established by Iberostar.
Organize and manage the animation programs, events, shows, and activities, controlling the staging, material provisioning, and personnel assignment.
Support the team when required.
Ensure that the hotel’s entertainment is effectively communicated.
Interact with customers, offering them direct attention and discovering their expectations regarding animation.
Suggest improvements and innovations in the animation to respond to the expectations and requests expressed by customers.
Lead the Entertainment team, participating in their selection, training, and evaluation, and managing their stay and transfers.
Size and distribute the staff based on the planned events, managing shifts, absences, and holidays.
Collaborate with the hotel director in preparing the annual budget for the area, and manage it.

🌱 Who is the ideal candidate for this position?

The ideal person for this role has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Is customer orientated and wants to develop the team.

Education related to the position.
At least two years of experience in a similar position.
English C2 is mandatory and German or French will be highly valued.
Specific knowledge in fitness, sports, dance and other areas of entertainment.
