Fitness Instructor – Iberostar Hotels & Resorts – Mallorca

As a Fitness Instructor, your role will be based on:

– Teaching guided classes with adults in a recreational way so that they can connect with themselves and listen to their bodies.

– With the support of the Manager, you will prepare Aqua Gym, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc. classes.

– You will adapt the level of the classes to the participants so that everyone enjoys themselves, feels comfortable, and welcome.

– You will ensure that the space and equipment necessary for the activity are prepared and meet quality and cleanliness standards before and after the start of the classes.

– You will ensure that participants use the equipment correctly to ensure their safety and prevent possible accidents.

– You will offer professional and efficient service to our guests.

– You will continuously inform guests about the activities that will take place during the day and week, always in a friendly and warm manner.

– You will respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

– You will cooperate with different departments to promote the activity program.

– Experience teaching Pilates and fitness classes.

– High level of English essential.
