Exciting News: Iberostar is landing in Bar, Montenegro!

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of the Iberostar Selection Montenegro 5* this May. We are building a world-class team to deliver the excellence and sustainability that define us, and we want YOU to be part of this journey from day one.

We are looking for passionate professionals across all the positions in Entertainment and seniority levels.

Star Camp (Children) entertainment.
Fitness.
Singers.
Dancers.

What will your day look like?

You will work with guests of different nationalities, characters and personalities.
You will teach sports, creative activities or perform shows for our different age groups depending on which team you join.
You will share our values and treat our guests in a friendly, cordial and professional manner to encourage their participation, never pressuring them and ensuring their satisfaction.
You will create a relationship of trust, making them feel comfortable and welcome at all times, being understanding and tolerant.
You will ensure the safety of our guests through out the activities.
You will guarantee that the space and tools necessary for the activity are prepared and meet the quality and hygiene standards before and after these.
You will cooperate with the different departments for the diffusion of the program of activities.

Who is the ideal person for this position?

Training and experience related to the position.
Customer service vocation.
Dynamic, proactive and creative attitude.
A high level of English is essential and German is highly valued.
Flexible schedule.
